15 lb. accumulator head manufactured by Milacron. It was originally installed on a new T800 industrial blow mold machine we purchased June 1997. The head was pulled around October 2001 after we decided to convert the machine from a single head 15 lb machine to a dual head 13 lb. machine. We had just under 2 years of actual hours on the head itself. A new cylinder (I think that was what leaked) was installed prior to us pulling the head. * 15 lb. head * version 1 * cylinder bore 12" * head bore 11 1/2" * stroke 7" includes three sets of head tooling
