Below is a link to a brief video of the plasma robot. There is not a “feeder” for materials. The current set up is designed for cutting profiles in pipe and fittings. It could also be utilized for doing flat sheet as well, just needs a table added. We do not have a table for doing flat, as we primarily only processed custom fittings / pipe. This machine worked great when taken out of operation, only due to upgrading to a fiber laser cell.
In regards to the total hrs. on the machine, I am unable to locate an hr meter, but I would estimate approx. 17K or so. There is also a picture attached of the plasma power source.
